Leslie (Les) Salone
Leslie Salone’s journey in the electrical field began during his service in the United States Marine Corps (USMC), where he laid the groundwork for his career. Following his military service, Leslie completed his apprenticeship with the Local 26 Union, gaining invaluable hands-on experience that would serve as the foundation for his future endeavors.
Leslie further developed his electrical skills while serving as a federal employee at the National Institutes of Health for nine years. This role provided him with unique opportunities to refine his expertise and deepen his understanding of complex electrical systems in a highly regulated environment. Today, he stands as a Master Electrician and an electrical contractor licensed to operate in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
Under his leadership, Salone Solutions has established itself as a Class A electrical contractor, known for its unparalleled service and industry knowledge. Nathaniel (Nate) Harp
After completing his rigorous electrical apprenticeship and obtaining his Journeyman Wireman Certification through Local 613, Nathaniel Harp embarked on a distinguished career, proudly serving in the U.S. Army. His military service allowed him to deepen and diversify his expertise in electrical systems, particularly in high-stakes environments. As a journeyman wireman, Nathaniel became adept in the intricacies of installing, testing, and maintaining complex electrical systems, gaining experience with everything from small-scale installations to large infrastructure projects.
His role as a Prime Power Production Specialist further expanded his skill set, bringing him into critical operations with high visibility and significant impact. In this position, Nathaniel was responsible for conducting precise power assessments and load calculations, often in emergency response scenarios for FEMA. His work ensured that power systems were reliable and capable of meeting essential demands in times of crisis. Additionally, he played a key role in commissioning power plants, ensuring their safe and effective operation, and completed vulnerability assessments for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), helping to safeguard critical energy infrastructure from potential threats.
Nathaniel’s advanced technical qualifications, including his NETA Level 1 certification, complement his practical experience, marking him as an expert in the field of electrical power production. His active top-secret clearance eligibility underscores his trustworthiness and ability to handle sensitive and classified operations, making him a highly valuable asset in both military and civilian sectors.
